HopDog Munich

Hops and Dogs and Rock ‘n’ Roll – HopDog is Munich’s first gastro concept dedicated to house-made American-style hot dogs with twelve taps of damned good beer from breweries both modern and traditional. Opening May 2020, Glasser Holdings is the lead investor for this project.
In addition to their role as investors, Avery Glasser acted as culinary advisor, creating the hotdogs and signature sauces for HopDog. Glasser Holdings is also responsible for managing the IT infrastructure for the HopDog Entities, including POS, Beer inventory management systems and the HopDog websites.
