The following investments and joint ventures are held by Glasser Holdings LLC.

Bittermens LLC
In 2007, Janet and Avery Glasser made their first batch of cocktail bitters. Bartender interest in their offerings turned their hobby into a company, Bittermens. Since then, Bittermens has grown to be one of the largest all natural, certified kosher and soon-to-be third party certified as NonGMO Compliant. Upon the formation of Glasser Holdings LLC, their ownership was transferred to this new entity.

In 2017, Glasser Holdings LLC sold a strategic interest in Bittermens LLC to Sazerac Holdings. Glasser Holdings LLC continues to hold a board seat, currently represented by Avery Glasser.

Dokkaebier (DKB Brands Inc.)
Dokkaebier is exploring what craft beer means when interpreted through a Korean and pan-Asian lens. Focusing first on making great beer, they produce beers ranging from classic craft beer styles like Dry Hopped IPAs to modern pilsners flavoured with selected teas and even witbiers flavoured with Asian citrus and spices.

Glasser Holdings LLC has made a minority investment in Dokkaebier and Avery Glasser has been appointed the Lead Investor for their 2021 WeFunder round.
